I have over 30 years of property management, maintenance, and real estate experience. I started in property management and maintenance in Southern California in 1990, and moved to the Grants Pass in 1998, having fallen in love with the unique charm of the area.  I have been a licensed real estate Broker/Principal Broker in Oregon since 2005 and started doing property management in Grants Pass and surrounding areas in 2008.  My experience and expertise make me uniquely qualified to assist you with the purchase, sale, and/or management of your Real Estate, both residential or commercial.

Although I can legally practice anywhere within the state of Oregon, I have chosen to specialize primarily in the Josephine - Jackson - southern Douglas County area markets.
